I immigrated from India to California after 15 years in corporate Asia, where I managed global clients and led international teams. Yet my first few months in corporate America were overwhelming. Despite my experience, I often felt like an intern. I quickly realized that success here required more than technical skills—it demanded fluency in unspoken rules, communication styles, and relationship dynamics I had never encountered.

That experience taught me something critical: brilliant people underperform when operating in culturally complex systems without the right tools, and organizations waste enormous potential when they expect people to “just figure it out.”

For over 20 years, I’ve helped Fortune 500 leaders at VMware, Pinterest, Vodafone, and American Express turn potential into performance. I work with multinationals and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) to bridge the gap between technical excellence and cultural fluency—because one without the other leaves value on the table.

 

The problem I solve is not about skills or technology. Most GCCs and multinational teams underperform because of cultural misalignment. Teams commit to timelines they can’t meet, decisions get made without key voices, and high performers leave—not because of workload, but because they feel invisible. My work addresses the invisible constraints most organizations overlook: culture. I help leaders and teams collaborate better, make quick decisions, and unlock the potential they already have.
